Description
I haven't been in much of a holiday mood, but I still thought I should make something for the holidays. I was originally going to make Delibird since it is one of my favorite Ice types, but I wanted to try something different by making a Shiny Snover (and I'm aware that Snover has four fingers, I just hate how they're shaped).
